SAN FERNANDO ANCHORED RETAINING WALL
Client: Alpha Engineering and Design (2012) Ltd
This Project entailed the design and construction of an Anchored Retaining Wall for the Southern Medical Clinic in San Fernando. CPML Contractors Ltd was able to develop technology to construct the Retaining Wall from the top down, therefore eliminating the need for shoring. Earth Anchors were utilized in construction.
ST CLAIR POLICE STATION POST TENSIONED FOUNDATION
Client: Moosai Development Construction (Caribbean) Ltd
This Project entailed the design and construction of a 941 square metre Foundation using Post Tensioning Technology. It was completed successfully in December 2018.
POWERGEN POINT LISAS WAREHOUSE
Client: Amcoweld Engineering Services Limited
This project entailed the design and construction of a 2000 square metre Post Tensioned Foundation at the Powergen Warehouse site in Point Lisas.
The use of Post Tensioning Technology was able to utilize a raft foundation instead of piles which would have been very costly to the client.
The project was completed in March, 2020 and CPML Contractors Ltd was awarded further works at this site.
